Botox and Letybo relax the muscles that create lines when you frown, squint or raise your brows. Hyaluronic acid filler restores volume, smooths lines that are there at rest and refines the lips, chin and jawline.

Dr. Anghel brings a surgeon's knowledge of facial anatomy to every injection. Injectables are also used between and after surgery to maintain results.

Botox and Letybo

For lines from facial expressions.

Common areas are the forehead, the frown lines between the brows, crow's feet, lip lines, chin dimpling and neck bands. Dosed conservatively for a natural, rested look.

Hyaluronic acid filler

For volume loss and lines at rest.

Restores volume and smooths lines in the cheeks, the folds beside the nose and mouth, the lips, chin and jawline. Dr. Anghel chooses the filler for each area. Hyaluronic acid filler can be dissolved if needed.

Lip filler

For lip shape and fullness.

Softens lip lines, defines the lip border and adds natural fullness, in proportion with your own lips.

Under-eye (tear trough) filler

For hollows under the eyes.

Filler placed along the tear trough softens the shadow that makes eyes look tired. This area needs a detailed knowledge of eyelid anatomy.

Chin and jawline filler

For a soft chin or jawline.

Adds chin projection and jawline definition without surgery. Results usually last 12 to 18 months.

Liquid rhinoplasty

For small, temporary changes to the nose.

Filler can soften the look of a bump, lift the tip slightly or even out minor asymmetry. It cannot make a nose smaller or improve breathing. The nose has blood vessels that filler can block, so Dr. Anghel does this treatment with particular care.

Recovery

What recovery looks like

Most patients return to normal activity right away. Small bumps, redness or bruising at the injection sites usually fade within a few days. Avoid aspirin, ibuprofen and fish oil before treatment to lower the chance of bruising, and don't press on or massage filler areas for the first 24 hours unless Dr. Anghel tells you otherwise.

Who performs the injections?

Dr. Anghel personally performs every injectable treatment.

How long do results last?

Botox and Letybo take 3 to 5 days to start working, reach full effect at 2 weeks and last about 3 to 4 months. Filler results show right away and last 9 to 18 months, depending on the product and area. Lip filler wears off sooner than cheek filler.

Can filler be reversed?

Yes. Hyaluronic acid filler can be dissolved with an enzyme called hyaluronidase.

How do I lower the chance of bruising?

Avoid aspirin, ibuprofen and fish oil before treatment. Do not stop a prescribed medicine without asking the doctor who prescribed it.

What is recovery like?

Most people return to normal activity right away. Small bumps, redness or bruising at the injection sites usually fade within a few days. Avoid pressing on or massaging filler areas for the first 24 hours unless Dr. Anghel tells you otherwise.

What are the risks?

Bruising, swelling, uneven results and, rarely, a drooping eyelid or brow after Botox. Rarely, filler can block a blood vessel; this is treated urgently, which is one reason Dr. Anghel uses hyaluronic acid filler. Injectables are not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
