Injectables services

Enhancing your natural beauty between — and beyond — surgery

Injectables address fine lines, volume loss, and facial balance — including neuromodulators for dynamic wrinkles and dermal fillers for volume restoration. Often, injectables are performed alongside surgical procedures to enhance and maintain results.

Injectable services at a glance

Overview

Facial injectable treatments offer non-surgical refreshment — softening lines, restoring volume, and enhancing contour with minimal downtime. Dr. Anghel offers a curated menu of botulinum toxin (Botox, Letybo) and hyaluronic acid dermal fillers, chosen for safety, predictability, and natural results. The goal is never to freeze or overfill, but to refresh and balance so you look like yourself, rested and renewed.

Dr. Anghel personally performs every injectable treatment, applying her surgeon's understanding of facial anatomy and proportion for consistently balanced results.

Recovery

Injectable treatment recovery is minimal, with most patients returning to normal activity immediately. Minor swelling, redness, or occasional bruising at injection sites typically resolves within a few days. Avoiding blood thinners like aspirin, ibuprofen, and fish oil before treatment minimizes filler bruising.

Following dermal filler treatment, gentle massage should be avoided unless instructed, with minimal direct pressure on treated areas during the first 24 hours.

Results

Botulinum toxin results become visible within 3–5 days, reaching full effect at 2 weeks, with results lasting an average of 3–4 months depending on metabolism, area, and dose. Dermal filler results appear immediately and continue improving over 2 weeks as filler integrates and swelling resolves.

Filler results typically last 9–18 months based on product, treatment area, and individual factors, lip filler and high-movement areas metabolize faster, while cheek filler and structural placements offer longer-lasting results.

Types of injectable services

A person with short blonde hair sitting on a cushioned bench, writing in a notebook, illuminated by sunlight and shadow patterns on the wall, with a large leafy plant nearby.

Neuromodulator injections relax the muscles responsible for dynamic facial wrinkles — the lines created by repeated facial expressions over time. Common treatment areas include the forehead lines, glabellar lines (the "11s" between the brows), crow's feet, bunny lines, lip lines, chin dimpling, neck bands (platysmal bands), and brow lifting. Results are natural and refreshed when dosed conservatively — and Dr. Anghel's surgical background ensures precise, anatomically informed placement every time.

HA filler injections restore lost facial volume, smooth static wrinkles, and enhance contour in areas including the tear troughs, cheeks, nasolabial folds, marionette lines, lips, chin, and jawline. Dr. Anghel uses only premium hyaluronic acid fillers — including the Juvederm and Restylane families — selected by product for each specific area based on their unique rheological properties. A fully reversible treatment, HA fillers can be dissolved with hyaluronidase if needed.

Hyaluronic acid dermal fillers

Injectable lip augmentation enhances the shape, definition, and volume of the lips using hyaluronic acid filler — softening lip lines, defining the vermillion border, enhancing the cupid's bow, and adding natural fullness to the upper and lower lip. Dr. Anghel's approach to lip filler is deliberately conservative: beautiful lips are proportionate lips, and the goal is always enhancement within the framework of your natural lip anatomy.

Liquid rhinoplasty (non-surgical nose job)

Non-surgical rhinoplasty uses dermal filler to camouflage or refine the appearance of the nose without surgery — softening a dorsal hump, improving nasal tip projection, or correcting minor nasal asymmetry. Results are immediate and temporary, making this an excellent option for patients considering surgical rhinoplasty who wish to preview a result, or for those seeking subtle refinement without committing to surgery. Dr. Anghel performs liquid rhinoplasty with exceptional care given the vascular complexity of the nasal region.

Injectable chin augmentation and jawline contouring with filler enhance chin projection, define the mandibular angle, and sharpen the overall silhouette of the lower face without surgery. This is a popular option for patients with a weak or recessed chin or an undefined jawline who wish to explore structural enhancement before committing to a chin implant. Results typically last 12–18 months.

Under-eye filler — placed precisely along the tear trough — addresses the hollow under-eye appearance that creates persistent shadows and a fatigued look. This is one of the most technique-sensitive injectable treatments available, requiring an intimate knowledge of the periorbital anatomy to achieve a natural result and avoid complications. Dr. Anghel's background in blepharoplasty makes her uniquely qualified to treat this area safely and beautifully.
